Overview

Job Summary

The front-line supervisor of a multidisciplinary clinical team, supporting and providing oversight of clinical services provided in compliance with accepted standards of patient care as determined by State Regulations, , Professional Clinical Board Practice Acts and Atrium Health.. Ensures appropriate, qualified and timely resource management in order to meet patient needs and agency financial, operational and quality goals. Supports service excellence and teammate engagement in daily encounters with patients and staff. Works collaboratively with the leadership to improve care and services throughout the organization and ensure operational/financial efficiency and effectiveness.

Education, Training, and Experience

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.  3-5 years home health experience required.  Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider status according to American Heart Association. Additional education, training, certifications, or experience may be required within the department by the leader.  Must maintain current state driver’s license and auto insurance at all times
