JOB SUMMARY: Creates the Starbucks Experience for WFBMC customers by providing legendary customer service with prompt service, quality beverages, products, and maintains a clean and comfortable store environment.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Previous Barista experience preferred, previous customer service experience required; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: Complete training and obtain Barista certification with a score of 90%.
