Ambulatory RN, Adult Concierge

At our concierge and executive health practice, we have reimagined healthcare to provide a 1:1 RN-to-Physician model that empowers nurses to deliver the highest standard of patient care.

The Concierge Experience:

Deliver care that combines the personal connection of old-school medicine with the innovation of modern healthcare. Our nurses go beyond to provide a premium patient experience, ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.

• Smaller Patient Panels, Greater Impact: Focus on fewer patients to provide truly personalized care, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in their health journey.
• Extended Visits for Exceptional Care: With 90-minute annual physicals and full-day comprehensive executive exams, as a nurse you will have the time to connect with patients and provide thorough, compassionate care.

Nursing Practices: Use your skills in the ambulatory setting by performing a range of services, including IV therapy, general office procedures, and advanced wellness screenings, while working at the acuity level of primary care. We strive to provide our patients with same day sick visits offering similar services of urgent cares all in a primary care office. 

Education/Experience: 

• Graduation from accredited School of Nursing.  
• Two years of acute care experience required. 
• Prefer acute care experience within the last 10 years. 

License/Certifications:

• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of North Carolina 
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, visitors, healthcare team, physicians, administrators, leadership and others
• Ability to assess nursing needs of acute and chronically ill patients and their families
• Ability to independently seek out resources and work collaboratively 
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships 
• Ability to teach patients and families in accordance with the nursing plan of care
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software programs
