Registered Nurse II, Operating Room

The Surgical Services team at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is eager to expand its ranks alongside you. We are in search of a skilled Registered Nurse   to become a part of our close-knit family within High Point Medical Center OR. Expect a dynamic and supportive setting where challenges abound!

What You’ll Need:

• Graduation from accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Board of Nursing
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required 
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in our healthcare team, leading the coordination of patient care from assessment to evaluation. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Conduct thorough assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, identify outcomes, plan interventions, and coordinate care to promote optimal health and wellbeing in accordance with the policies of WFBH.
