Charlotte OBGYN is a wonderfully established practice with deliveries that take place at Atrium Health’s main campus, Carolinas Medical Center, one of Newsweek’s 2024 Best Maternity Hospitals. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a great team of Certified Nurse Midwives.

Practice Information

• Established practice with 6 locations
• 15 Physicians and 9 Advanced Practice Providers on staff
• 200 monthly deliveries on average at Atrium Health CMC Main

• 1 MD and 1 CNM on call 24/7
• CNM call ratio 1:8

Minimum Qualifications

• License to practice as a Registered Nurse required
• Certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board and approved to practice as a Nurse Midwife in the North Carolina or South Carolina
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider from AHA required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certified
• Minimum 1 year as a CNM or 5 years of experience in labor and delivery
