Overview
Primary PurposeServes as a consultant and technical expert in Facilities evaluating, planning, and implementing ongoing enterprise-wide processes and practices. Conducts extensive research, data collection, evaluation, and analysis develop plans. Strong leadership qualities, communication, and listening skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal departments and customers. Understands and able to communicate important technical related information within their area of responsibility. Proven ability to deal with staff and issues at all levels of an organization. Maintains advanced competency in understanding and applying specific departmental services and techniques. Has a solid understanding of all services within the realm of their responsibility.

Minimum Job Requirements
Education |
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or related discipline required. |
Work Experience |
Five years as facilities professional in a healthcare setting or five years’ experience in process improvement and consulting for healthcare or healthcare related industry required. Familiarity required with TJC Environment of Care and/or DNV, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities Code, and OSHA Requirements for General Industry. Familiarity with Licensure Requirements preferred. |
