Overview
A unique opportunity is available to a motivated and curious young research scientist in the laboratory of Dr. Kylie Kavanagh in the Department of Pathology at the Wake Forest School of Medicine. We are currently recruiting a recent postdoc graduate or post-doctoral research fellow who is interested in furthering their career and contributing to a collaborative research relationship in the field of metabolic aging.
The position is targeted to create a set of experiments that aim to understand how ageing, health and obesity interact at the level of tissue perfusion.
Methods desired to have competency in includes assessment of histopathology, imaging methodologies, data analysis, scientific writing
