Overview
Job Summary
Provides excellence customer service in the Independent Living dining rooms by greeting residents and escorting to table. Assists the servers in pre-bussing (setting) tables, serving drinks, take-out service and reservations.
Essential Functions
- Greets and seats residents in rotation order.
- Organizes and holds pre-service meetings
- Completes take-out service duties in the afternoon hours
- Completes any afternoon catering/setup duties as needed
- Responsible for problem solving and meeting customer demands appropriately
- Prints and manages menus for all meals
- Maintains guest reservations book

- No education required
- 1 year of hosting experience required.
