Overview
Flex Pool Manager
Provides administrative support and staffing services, including planning, organizing, and coordinating services for patient-care departments. Allocates personnel resources in an efficient and economic manner to achieve safe staffing levels. Assist in developing, maintaining and implementing applicable policies for staffing that meet regulatory requirements. Monitors and evaluates staffing practices. Serves as liaison with internal and external organizations and agencies. Conducts performance review and quality assurance for assigned areas. Participates, across organizational lines to develop, plan, implement, and evaluate systems that enhance organizational and financial performance, and improve the quality and delivery of care. Assists in the recruitment and retention of nursing and support staff. Manages nursing support services within Navicent Health including but not limited to Flex Pool. Completes other projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor in Nursing
Five years of progressively responsible administrative experience in nursing/healthcare
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
