Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric ICU Nurse to join our team As a member of our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young patients.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs in the PICU.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients' families about their conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical care and interventions as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Georgia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care to pediatric patients and their families.
