We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the recovery and improvement of our cardiac patients' health following heart-related procedures or surgeries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patients' health status and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitoring cardiac telemetry and vital signs during exercise sessions and providing immediate intervention as needed.
- Educating patients and their families on heart health, lifestyle modifications, and medication management.
- Administering medications, performing therapeutic treatments, and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Participating in patient evaluations and contributing to the development of rehabilitation goals.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the State of Georgia
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and promoting heart health awareness.
