Job Summary:

Supports the delivery of human resource services by providing information on policies, procedures and regulations to teammates and leaders. Maintains personal records, files and databases. Coordinates and supports the activities and workflow of the human resource department related to day-to-day processing.


Essential Functions:
• Participates in the delivery of all facets of medium to large scale business related projects and operations. 
• Provides consultation, coordination and/or teammate support to various strategic committees and programs. 
• Makes routine assessments during interactions with teammates to identify relevant trends and provide input for developing workforce plans. 
• Assists team in the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies, 
• procedures, and programs. 
• Provides customer service to leaders and teammates to answer human resources questions, resolve issue and provide information about human resources processes    and programs; provides accurate and timely information to customers. 
• Serves as a point of contact for leaders and teammates by responding to a high volume of inquiries relating to policies, processes and procedures. 
• Makes recommendations for process improvements to continuously improve overall efficiency and customer service within the HR Service Center.


Education, Training, and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Two (2) years of related experience required.   Two (2) years of human resources experience preferred. 

Strong computer knowledge has excellent communication and customer service skills with an emphasis in records administration required. 

Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred. Proficient in PeopleSoft or similar Human Resources Information System preferred.
