You'll work closely with department leadership, preparing, analyzing, and interpreting business intelligence to achieve financial, quality, and productivity goals. Your expertise will shape best practices, guide operational decisions, and lead to continuous improvements across our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge strategic relationships across the medical center to gather essential data and drive initiatives.
  • Manage the analysis and reporting of departmental information for informed decision-making.
  • Manages moderately complex issues and problems, escalating more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Assess current practices and industry trends to set organizational objectives.
  • Oversee and coordinate process management, ensuring efficiency and improvement.
  • Conduct financial and operational analyses, developing recommendations to guide decisions.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and design innovative projects aligned with client requirements.
  • Develop and monitor data management systems for accuracy and reliability.
  • Participate in Six Sigma project management as a Green Belt, driving excellence in our processes.
  • Commit to personal growth through continuous education and active participation in hospital activities.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Hospital Administration and 2+ years of experience required.
  • Master’s Degree and Green Belt certification preferred.
  • Preferred: 4 years of experience in healthcare, project management, or related fields.
     

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and process management abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial cost analysis, budgeting, and advanced PC skills, including spreadsheets and presentation tools.
  • Problem-solving expertise and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated team player with a customer satisfaction focus and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
