Overview

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and the Wake Forest University School of Medicine is Seeking an Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon to join as a full-time faculty partner at an established and nationally recognized practice in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Position Overview:

  • Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
  • Clinical Focus: The ideal candidate will be proficient treating conditions related to spine in both in an inpatient and outpatient setting.
  • Teaching Opportunities: Orthopaedic resident teaching, clinical and laboratory research opportunities expected.
  • Collaboration: Join a team of 7 operative spine partners and 4 nonoperative spine partners with total 90 faculty in Department for seamless referrals and collaboration.
  • Call Expectations: Call expectations in alignment with other orthopaedic spine surgeons do not exceed 4-6 nights of spine call at a Level One Trauma Center
  • Support: APP & Clinical support provided


Qualifications:

  • Certification: Candidates should be board certified or board eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery with a fellowship training in spine.
  • License: Eligible for NC Medical License.
