Job Summary
The Cardiac CT Supervisor oversees CT operations at the Kenilworth Imaging Center and provides indirect leadership for multiple hospitals in Charlotte, NC. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of patient care, operational efficiency, and staff development within Atrium Health's cardiac CT program. Key responsibilities include Technologist educational efforts, quality assurance, and performance feedback to direct and indirect teammates. Continuous improvement will be a key focus to ensure the program's continued success as one of the nation's largest Cardiac CT programs.
Essential Functions
Physical Requirements
Requires moderate to heavy physical efforts in lifting and moving patients, equipment, and supplies. Work requires walking, standing, sitting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling during normal operations. Requires mental capacity to understand the assigned area of clinical expertise or technology. Motor coordination needed to operate equipment including various computer systems. Intact sense of sight and hearing. Required to use radiation safety, MRI safety, and proper ergonomics to maintain an effective, safe environment.
Education, Experience and Certifications
Graduate of AMA approved Radiologic Technology or Ultrasound program based on assigned area. Bachelor’s degree preferred. BLS certification required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the designated field is required. Leadership experience preferred.

Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and demonstrates the skills and competency appropriate to the ages, culture, developmental stages, and special needs of the patient population served.
