Come be a part of our vibrant team at Wake Forest Health Network ENT/Head and Neck Surgery in Lexington, N.C.! We're on the lookout for an ENT Generalist Physician to join our dynamic group, which includes an audiologist and a physician assistant.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled ENT/Head and Neck physician who thrives in a solo practice setting.


The ideal candidate will diagnose and manage complex disorders in both adult and pediatric patients, with specialized expertise in:

  • Sinusitis (medical and surgical treatment)
  • Nasal surgery (cosmetic and functional)
  • Nasal allergy
  • Balloon sinuplasty
  • Ear surgery (otology)
  • Facial plastics (cosmetic and reconstructive)
  • Head and neck cancer tumors
  • Laryngology, swallowing, and voice disorders
  • Pediatric ear, nose, and throat conditions
  • Salivary disorders (tumors and infections)
  • Skin cancer reconstruction
  • Sleep disorders, including sleep apnea
  • Speech and hearing impairments
  • BOTOX® cosmetic treatments
     

Schedule:

  • Operating hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm.
  • Physicians maintain a 4.5-day workweek schedule.
  • Call is shared covering ENT and practice call (no trauma call).
  • We perform procedures at Lexington Medical Center owned and operated by Wake Forest.

Physician Requirements: 

  • Graduation from an accredited medical school as a M.D./D.O.
  • Successful completion of residency and at an accredited healthcare institution. 
  • Current North Carolina Medical Board Medical License as a current M.D./D.O.
  • Board certification in otolaryngology. 
  • Current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) required 
  • Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration, for prescription writing required
