Overview
The Registered Nurse plans and provides nursing care to patients 18 years old and older through the lifecycle using the nursing process in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. The RN maintains the standards of practice and functions using the framework of the organization’s policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION REQUIRED
Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing
EDUCATION PREFERRED

LICENSURES OR CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license approved by the Georgia Licensing Board for GA locations and Alabama Licensing Board for AL locations
BLS certification
LICENSURES OR CERTIFICATIONS PREFERRED
ACLS certification
Certification in related specialty
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
Previous experience in behavioral health environment
