As a key player in our Research Administration team, you will be at the heart of managing, planning, and coordinating the multifaceted initiatives. From orchestrating committee meetings and events to overseeing pilot and feasibility programs, your efforts will drive the success of groundbreaking research that spans across the state.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and coordination of major projects, ensuring they meet timelines and deliverables.
  • Administer team meetings, events, and other key initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and impactful outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the CTSI Administration Program Director to support broader research administration projects within the CTSI.
  • Track, evaluate, and interpret financial data, preparing detailed reports to inform decision-making and improve program outcomes.
  • Manage, lead and mentor support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

  • A strong communicator who can effectively build relationships and influence outcomes with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self-starting individual who thrives in both independent and team settings.
  • A bachelor's degree is required, with at least three years of relevant experience in project or program management. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Enjoy a clean, well-lit office environment with a hybrid work schedule, typically requiring three days on-site per week (subject to change based on department needs).
