Overview
Atrium Behavioral Health-Charlotte is currently seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join their existing faculty in Charlotte, NC.
This physician will work on the inpatient service at Behavioral Health-Charlotte providing medical consults to psychiatric patients.
Position Details:
- 7 on / 7 off 12-hour day shift on the inpatient service (no nights)
- Supervises one APP at Behavioral Health-Davidson
- Attends psychiatry team meetings
- Works with Chair Family Medicine and Psychiatry to assist in the education of learners.
- Growth potential for leadership opportunities
- Eligible for clinical faculty appointment in Family Medicine / Psychiatry at Wake Forest University available
Position Requirements:
- BE / BC in Family Medicine
- Interest in working with and educating residents
- Interest in working with psychiatric patients
