Overview
Primary role of this position will be responsible for timely discharge of patients throughout the inpatient areas in coordination with the transfer center on the area of greatest need for discharges with orders to facilitate more timely movement of discharges out and admissions in. Nurse must be organized, demonstrate coordinated efforts to facilitate movement, work independently without required oversight, and demonstrate ability to escalate barriers when needed.
Requirements
Degree from an accredited school of nursing
Current valid Georgia Nursing License
Current BLS
