Our Medical ICU in Milledgeville has 12 beds

Patient population can include sepsis, DKA, COPD, and abdominal issues such as bowel obstructions. In addition to A-fib, heart failure, and other cardiac related issues and some neuro patients. RNs new to MICU nursing are enrolled in the Critical Care Academy (CCA) and also have the ability to cross-orient in the emergency department! Virtual Critical Care (VCC), an amazing capability that allows critical care nurses, RRTs, and physicians to be accessible by just pressing one button in your patient's room.
Requirements
Degree from an accredited school of nursing
Current valid GA nursing license or eNLC nursing license
Current BLS
