Neurology Epilepsy APP

Our Neurological Specialists work together to provide wide-ranging, seamlessly connected neurological care. We are seeking a qualified Advanced Practice Provider to join the outpatient Neurology team at Atrium Health Neurosciences Institute Neurology Kenilworth – Charlotte, NC.

This is a unique opportunity to practice within both inpatient and outpatient settings with our amazing Epilepsy team. Prior APP experience and/or neurology experience required. 

Position Details

• Monday - Friday 
• Unique opportunity to provide both inpatient care on the EMU as well as outpatient care in our subspecialty clinic.
• Team consists of 4 epileptologists and 1 APP, with multiple Epilepsy Nurse Navigators
• Excellent reputation and known for superior patient care.
• As a non-profit health care system, Atrium Health teammates may qualify for PSLF depending on your role.

Essential Functions

• Required procedures include Vagal Nerve Stimulator Adjustments (will train)
• Shared patient panel with MD. Will see follow ups and TCM visits during outpatient time.
• EMU with up to 6-8 admissions per week

Charlotte also offers very affordable cost of living along with strong public and private schools. The practice is located in the Charlotte Metro area and is a quick drive to the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
