Atrium Health Levine Children’s is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join Atrium Health Levine Children’s Union Pediatrics, providing care for the children of Monroe, NC, and Union County. Located within the greater Charlotte metro area, Union Pediatrics is supported by our Levine Children’s Urgent Care right next door and our experienced Levine Children’s hospitalist team at Atrium-Union Hospital just a few miles away.  We are conveniently located in one of Charlotte’s fastest growing suburban areas, within an easy commute to Center City, and surrounded by vibrant communities offering the best of city life and quieter suburban family neighborhoods. All our pediatricians offer complete pediatric primary care medicine for children from newborn to 18 years old. 

Position Details: 

Seeking two Physicians and/or APPs to join our current pediatrician 

3+ years of experience preferred but not mandatory. New grads will be considered. 

Outpatient only—no newborn nursery or inpatient coverage 

Competitive compensation and benefits package, including signing bonus and relocation, plus more 

Additional signing and retention bonuses available for this location. 

Patient base is a mix of private and Medicaid patients 

4 Day Work Week 

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, occasional shared Saturday hours with larger group (temporary) 

Clinic dedicated to coverage of night and weekend access in development for long term strategy 

Call: Weekend, weekday, and holiday call rotation staffed with nurse triage and shared with 7 other providers 

Average Daily Patient Volume: 22-24 Patients
