Overview
Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the buildings and equipment of Carlyle Place are maintained in proper and safe working conditions in accordance with federal, state and local guidelines and regulations in compliance with all Residency and care Agreements. Also responsible for maintenance and repair of HVAC and cooling systems for the community.
Education, Training and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Four (4) years facility maintenance experience.
Valid Georgia Drivers License.
