Overview
The Clinical Manager/Ambulatory directs the daily operations of his/her assigned unit and works closely with the Director on long term financial
planning for the growth and development of unit services. This individual provides direction for clinical care, ensures compliance with all Joint
Commission standards and promotes continuous improvement in patient care in accordance with established guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. EDUCATION REQUIRED
1. Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing
B. LICENSURES OR CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
1. Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license approved by the Georgia Licensing Board for GA locations and Alabama Licensing Board for
AL locations
2. BLS certification
3. ACLS certification
C. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Meets requirements for RN job
2. At least two years managerial experience at unit level
