Atrium Health Primary Care Lake Park Family Medicine, located in Indian Trail, NC, opened in June 2003 to service the medical needs of Lake Park, Hemby Bridge, and the surrounding communities.

Our board-certified clinicians and entire team of compassionate medical professionals are dedicated to providing the highest quality care and excellent service to our patients in a warm, personalized manner. Your health and the health of your family are our primary concerns.

Position Highlights:

• PRN Schedule: Tuesday; Thursday & Friday 8:30AM – 5:30 PM (Flexibility/Hours can be discussed)
• Full scope FM Clinic 
• Join 2 Physicians and 3 APPs
• Outpatient only
• Suburban practice moving to a new building in August of 2023 featuring 21 exam rooms
• Access to additional System level care management resources and virtual technology
• A short working commute from South Charlotte
