Faculty Neuroradiologist

Overview

The Department of Neuroradiology, Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center is seeking a full-time radiologist, interested in pursuing an academic career in Neuroradiology. The candidate filling this position will demonstrate expertise and interest in Neuroradiology. This faculty position will include clinical duties, academic teaching, and research. Clinical duties will include all aspects of diagnostic neuroradiology and head and neck radiology including, but not exclusive to CT, MRI, and myelography. Call responsibilities will be defined by staffing levels and will be assigned by the section chief. Teaching assignments include medical students, residents, fellows, and other department trainees as appropriate. The section provides excellence in patient care in an environment that is collegial, attentive to needs, and adaptable to change. We provide an optimal environment for the education of our trainees, staff, and healthcare professionals through scholarly conferences, tumor board conferences, and continuing education programs. There is ample opportunity for research and collaboration with colleagues and clinical providers.

Requirements 

MD or DO Degree required Board certified or board eligible in diagnostic radiology and certified or eligible for Neuroradiology subspecialty certificate ("CAQ"). 

Accredited fellowship training in Neuroradiology  

North Carolina Medical License or Eligible
