Atrium Health Navicent Rehabilitation Hospital is the oldest and most experienced medical rehabilitation provider in central Georgia and one of only three specialty free-standing hospitals in the entire state.
Atrium Health Navicent Rehabilitation Hospital is a 58-bed facility.
Responsible for assisting in the supervision, management and leadership of nursing practice. This includes, but is not limited to, performance improvement, patient satisfaction, program development, nursing practices and patient care outcomes. Collaborates with hospital, medical, rehabilitation and other support personnel to assure successful integration of delivery of patient care services. Accountable for assisting in nursing standards, nursing plan for provision of care, nursing performance review, and quality assurance. Assists with the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of systems that improve organizational performance.
Requirements
Degree from an accredited school of nursing
Current valid GA nursing license or eNLC nursing license
Current BLS
Two years progressive nursing experience in a healthcare environment
