Derm Onc APP- LCI Morehead

We invite APPs specialized in Hematology/Oncology and/or dermatology to discover all that we can do when we bring healing hearts, inquisitive minds, and progressive visionaries together in our Levine Cancer Institute Morehead location in Charlotte, NC.

With more than 25 cancer care locations, we provide access to top-ranked physician expertise, groundbreaking clinical trials and the latest cancer treatments across the Carolinas.

Position Details: 

• Primarily outpatient with some impatient
• Outpatient clinic visits, inpatient consults and follow-ups
• Solid tumor and hematology, transplant
• Monday-Friday clinic; Flexibility in schedule consists of 4 days/10 hour or 5 days/8 hour shifts
• 1 Physician, 1 APP
• Support staff of CMA & RN

This APP functions primarily in the outpatient setting caring for a mix of solid tumor oncology as well as hematology patients and demonstrates appropriate critical thinking and interpersonal skills when working in a fast paced, high acuity work environment. Qualified candidates will be able to perform thorough history and physical assessment. 

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in hematology/oncology and/or dermatology
• Effective communication (written and verbal)
• Willingness to collaborate closely with clinical team
• Current on best practice and standards of care
• Displays self-initiative to learn
