Atrium Health is actively seeking an experienced Board-Certified APP with minimum of two years' experience in Women's Health (OBGYN) to see patients in our underserved communities. Our team is comprised of 2 OB/GYN office-based physicians and 3 APPs. Atrium Health NorthPark OB/GYN provides the Charlotte, NC area with the highest quality care for women. Our providers work to deliver exceptional gynecologic and obstetric care.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Office Gynecology
• Family Planning, Prenatal Care, Preventative Care
• Colposcopy and limited OB ultrasound experience a plus

Position Highlights:

• Clinic Hours 8am-5pm
• 6,800 births/year at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center
• Accredited Centering Pregnancy site
• Social Worker, Nutritionist, Certified Interpreters on site
• Practice consists of 2 OB/GYN office-based physicians and 3 APPs
• No nights, weekends, or call coverage
• No Inpatient Responsibility
• On site physician
• Salaried position with quality incentives available

The Maternity Center at Carolinas Medical Center offers family-centered maternity services, allowing mothers and babies to remain in the same room throughout their stay. The center also features 23 labor suites with state-of-the-art monitoring equipment, five rooms with Jacuzzi tubs to assist mothers who are having difficulty with labor and a waiting room designed for family members and other guests, including small children, offering internet access and kid friendly activities.

Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center, awarded Best Maternity Hospital for 2022 by Newsweek, is the Regional Perinatal Center, with the largest neonatal intensive care nursery in the Carolinas, as well as the only ECMO (heart/lung respiratory assistance) system in the region. Carolinas Medical Center provides 24-hour neonatologist, perinatologist and anesthesiologist care as well as around the clock availability of every kind of specialist imaginable.
