We invite a BC/BC inpatient trained Neurologist to discover all that we can do when we bring healing hearts, inquisitive minds, and progressive visionaries together with our Neurohospitalists team at Atrium Health Cabarrus

Neurosciences Institute – Neurology (NIN), is the region's largest and most experienced stroke network connect. Our Neurological Specialists work together to provide wide-ranging, seamlessly connected neurological care. We are currently seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Neurologist to join our Neurohospitalist team at our Thrombolytic Capable Stroke Center in Concord, NC. 

Position Highlights:

• Vascular/Stroke, Neurophysiology, Neurocritical Care, or experienced Neurohospitalist
• Supports virtual medicine to include tele neurology and tele stroke services.
• In person inpatient coverage option in rotation with virtual services
• 7 on/7 off work schedule with (night call at home coverage with APPs in house approximately 2 nights per month for Main campus)
• Participation in clinical research / teaching opportunities and academic appointments available
• Establish protocols for standardized care across the continuum.
• 24/7 interventional stroke coverage, MRI and emergency EEG coverage and in-house Critical Care and Internal Medicine Hospitalists
• All EEGs read by epileptologists
• Collegial, collaborative environment in inpatient setting
