Overview
The House Supervisor for Nursing Services will provide leadership for nursing areas during after hours and weekends. Key responsibilities include frequent rounds in each unit, review of staffing for next shift in concert with changing census and acuity factors, auditing compliance with regulatory requirements, and assisting staff with policy/procedure issues which arise during the shift.
Qualifications:
A. Education
1. Graduate from an accredited school of professional registered nurses
2. BSN preferred
B. Experience
1. Minimum of 2 years experience as a clinical nurse
2. Experience as a Charge RN for a minimum of 1 year is desirable
C. Licensure/Certification
1. Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
