Job Summary
Supervises the activities and daily workflow of patient access areas. Works with the management of Patient Access to provide excellent service to patients.
Education, Training, and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in patient access and health insurance is required. Experience in healthcare billing, follow-up, and certification is preferred. Supervisory experience is preferred.
