Overview
The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of patient logistics throughout the facility. The C3 bases the decision regarding the appropriate nursing unit to place patient by reviewing the clinical information available. The C3 communicates to all nursing and ancillary departments on a daily basis to assure safe placement and treatment for our patients.
Qualifications:
A. Education
1. Graduate of registered nurse accredited program
B. Experience
1. Minimum of three years' experience in the care of patients
C. Licensure/Certification
1. Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Georgia
