Job Summary:  Responsible for the preparation of all desserts and baked items required by the daily menus, special functions, and any catering functions.   

Specifications:

  1. Education:  High School Diploma or GED required.
  2. Experience: Capable of cake decorating along with preparing upscale and home style desserts.
  3. Certification/License/Registration:       None required.
  4. Position Titles and Number Supervised:       None
  5. Special Training/Skills:      Able to prepare desserts from recipes as needed.
