LPN | Healthy Communities, Food Farmacy | Part-time

Overview

Our Healthy Communities, Food as Medicine Market (FAMM) is both a Specialized Food Pantry and a Food Farmacy. FAMM is a collaboration with our downtown community neighbors to begin a journey to healthier living, providing food for the community members that are food insecure.  The services at FAMM will include fresh food and education on their chronic condition(s).

Shift details:  This position is part-time, 20 hours a week; Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

What you will need:  

• Diploma from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program   

• Current valid Georgia LPN license or eNLC LPN license  

•  Six (6) months LPN experience

• Strong communication and teaching skills

• Community-facing experience preferred
