The Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Atrium Health University City is a 20 bed PCU, with a 4-5:1 RN ratio. Four beds can be Intermediate Care, with a lower RN to patient ratio based on acuity. Opportunities include cross-training to Intermediate Care and Intensive Care (ICU), individualized learning and development, unit-based committees for patient care and workplace environment and clinical advancement programs.

This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. RNs are eligible for a bonus of up to $20,000 for Full Time positions, and up to $10,000 for Part Time positions.
