Charlotte Ballantyne area.

Piedmont OBGYN is a wonderfully established practice with procedures that take place at Atrium Health-Pineville Hospital, a U.S. News & World Report best hospitals ranking and top-rated maternity hospital in the US. We are currently hiring Nocturnist or Generalist Certified Nurse Midwife.

Atrium Health Pineville offers comprehensive maternity services in a warm and comfortable environment. Our maternity center has been recognized for supporting multiple birthing options and working with families to accommodate birth plans.
 

Practice Information

• Established practice
• 14 Physicians and 12 Advanced Practice Providers
• 200 monthly deliveries at Atrium Health Pineville
• Located in South Charlotte Ballantyne area

Opportunity Highlights

Nocturnist CNM:

• Rotation of 3-4 nights per week (inclusive of weekends)
• Shift 7p-7a
• 2 CNMs and MD always on call
• Great benefits package
• Flexible schedule rotation

Generalist CNM

• Hybrid schedule of 12-hour and 24-hour calls
• Office setting with call in the Pineville Maternity Center
• Offices in Ballantyne, NC/Steele Creek, NC/Ft. Mill, SC/ and Rock Hill, SC

Minimum Qualifications

• License to practice as a Registered Nurse required.
• Certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board and approved to practice as a Nurse Midwife in the state of NC/SC.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider from AHA required.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certified
• Minimum 1 year as a CNM or 5 years’ experience in labor and delivery
