This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. RNs are eligible for a bonus of up to $20,000 for Full Time positions, and up to $10,000 for Part Time positions. The Medical and Telemetry Unit (4th floor) at Atrium Health University City is a 24-bed unit, with a 4-5:1 RN to patient ratio based on acuity. Opportunities include individualized learning and development, unit-based committees for patient care and workplace environment, shared governance councils, and clinical advancement programs. Job SummaryThe RN Clinical Nurse I provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies procedures, and/or protocols under the supervision of the nursing leader. Assists in maintaining a safe work environment and performs all related job responsibilities in a safe manner. Maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served.
