Overview
Our Skilled Nursing Unit (SNU) is a 15-bed sub-acute rehabilitation unit
Patient population consists of Residents recovering from surgery (hip, ankle, knee, arm, pelvic fractures), decrease mobility, medical reconditioning, physical and occupational therapy and long-term IV antibiotics. Our main focus is to rehabilitate our patients to prior level of function. SNU is great for seasoned looking for something different and new nurses interested in rehabilitation nursing.
Requirements
Degree from an accredited school of nursing
Current valid GA nursing license or eNLC nursing license
Current BLS
