Job Summary
Under the direction of the RN, performs job duties for a Clinical Technician. Must demonstrate competency in basic and complex direct patient care and throughput processes. Must demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal, teamwork, organization and prioritization skills. Is responsible for designated equipment and supplies used in the care of assigned patients. Must be flexible in changing assignments, workload and learning new skills. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his/her assigned unit.
Education, Training, and Experience
High school diploma or GED. Prefer experience taking care of patients and dealing with the public.
