About our Skilled Nursing Unit: 

• 15-bed sub-acute rehabilitation unit 

• patient population consists of Residents recovering from surgery (hip, ankle, knee, arm, pelvic fractures), decrease mobility, medical reconditioning, physical and occupational therapy and long-term IV antibiotics.   

• End goal is to rehabilitate our patients to prior level of function.   

• SNU is great for seasoned looking for something different and new nurses interested in rehabilitation nursing. 

What you will need: 

• Diploma from an accredited licensed practical nursing program   

• Current valid Georgia LPN license or eNLC LPN license
