Overview
What you will do:
- Responsible for the management of the medical group’s population health and clinical quality department
- Demonstrate knowledge of current regulatory and value-based programs and population health/quality best practices
- Oversee the quality Risk Management Program for the medical group and manages annual and scheduled Accreditation survey processes for the medical group
- Partner with health system teammates to implement best practice infection prevention and safety processes for the medical group
- Lead the team toward attainment of annual population health and quality goals
What you will need:
- State of GA Nursing License
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Five (5) years’ Quality Improvement, Population Health experience
