Overview
The Director provides professional leadership for the department to fulfill its mission of having a safe, secure and protected environment for its customers, employees and visitors. Maintains working knowledge of loss prevention/detection and protection of persons/assets. Provides administrative oversight of operations at assigned facilities. Assures that operations are compliant with applicable federal, state, and local ordinances and regulatory agency standards. Responsible for making sure Courier Services seamlessly deliver to teammates and market locations. Provides leadership and management to the switchboard operators.
Qualifications:
A. Education
1. Bachelor's Degree required.
2. Master's Degree in Management preferred.
B. Experience
1. Five (5) years’ experience in leadership level position required.
2. Two (2) years’ experience in security management preferred.
