We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant to join our LiveWELL Care team as a primary care provider at our Cabarrus Location.

Current Opening: 

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care

• Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm (With 12pm- 1pm Closed for Lunch)

• Additional staff may include RN and/or CMA on staff

• Practices see traditional acute episodic care and basic primary care for ages 6-month-old-seniors.

• Practice performs some occupational medicine services, specialized physicals, and workman’s compensation cases

• Call responsibility but no overnights, weekends, or major holidays

• NC and/or SC Licensure and DEA

• American Heart Association BLS

• Must be able to work autonomously
