Overview
Plans, provides, and facilitates instruction individually or in groups using a dynamic mix of engaging adult learning methods including lecture, discussion, and group activities in a classroom setting or virtual learning environment.
Requirements:
A. Education:
1. High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Education, preferred, but will consider Associates degree with commensurate clinical or education experience
B. Experience:
1. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
2. Experience in healthcare and/or Information Services desired
3. Three plus years in Adult Learning preferred
4. Experience with Cerner and or EPIC Electronic Medical Record desired
5. Proficiency with Adobe Connect or other virtual training platform knowledge desired
6. Basic experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
