Overview

Atrium Health Levine Children’s Division of Child Neurology is seeking an Advanced Care Provider (APP) to join their team at Carolinas Pediatric Neurology Care Charlotte in Charlotte, NC.  This role functions independently in the outpatient clinic-based setting in collaboration with a supervising physician and some in-patient responsibilities. The team currently has 5 Child Neurologists and will have 3 Advanced Care Providers. 

Position Highlights include:
•    Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm
•    No call requirements 
•    Hybrid opportunity, primarily outpatient with inpatient consult coverage
•    Pediatric experience preferred- PA, FNP, PNP-PC/ AC
•    Rotate to Jeff Gordon Center in Concord, NC as needed

Qualifications: 
Nurse Practitioner- Master's Degree or Doctorate of Nursing Practice required. License to practice as a Registered Nurse required. Certification in the area of practice from a nationally recognized certifying body required. ACNP, AGACNP, AGNP, PNP, or PNP-AC board certification preferred based population served. Physician Assistant- Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program required; Master's Degree preferred. Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants preferred.
