Network Analyst IV

Overview

This role is for a Solution Architect. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for evaluating our organization's business needs and determining how IT can support those needs by leveraging software, hardware, and/or other infrastructure.

The Solution Architect is also responsible for bringing forward innovative ideas and approaches to enhance our customers strategic position in the marketplace. To achieve this, you will collaborate with multiple internal and external (third party) teams as needed to analyze and scope of the business needs and determining the relevant IT components needed to build a solid solution.

During the design phase, the Solution Architect closely examines the different elements of business requirements formulating how technology can be applied to solve specific problems. Next, they propose a combination of IT building blocks that provide the best possible solution to meet the business needs. This process is very detail-oriented and serves as a connecting piece between enterprise architecture and technical deployment/implementation.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Five years’ experience data communication systems and/or information technologies
Networking, IP addressing, Server builds both bare metal and virtual
SME: Server OS’s, Clouds technology such as AWS and/or Azure and Storage, or
Telecommunication platforms such as Avaya and/or Cisco, IVR and ACD systems for both platforms
