Serves as lead evaluator for strategic priorities, programs, and services with a focus on impact, value, and sustainability as part of the Impact Evaluation and Grants Management (IEGM) team for the Division of Community & Social Impact (CSI Division) and across Clinical Service Area and Enterprise collaborations as a centralized function within the Dept. of Community Health. The Senior Analyst is responsible for leading various aspects of evaluation and reporting operations including data management and compliance, statistical analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of results across internal and external stakeholders through narrative reports, presentations, and participation in regular team meetings. Works in collaboration across CSI Division, Enterprise, and other key internal and external stakeholders such as Clinical Service Areas, Information and Analytics Services, Quality Improvement, and Research.
Will work in office environment for preparing reports and documents or projects determined by leader.
Education, Experience, and Certifications
Master's degree required in public health, health services research, health care administration, public administration or policy and/or government studies. PhD preferred. Minimum three years of experience in population health research, community-based public health research and/or program evaluation. Experience in leading evaluation projects and/or research studies required. Experience with working on cross-functional teams and leading the evaluation and management of healthcare data preferred. Demonstrated strong skills required in the following: quantitative data analysis with direct knowledge of analytic tools such as R, SAS, or SPSS, compliance and institutional review board documentation, problem solving in a complex systems environment, strategic communications, strategic planning, written and oral communication, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and ability to work effectively and drive consensus amid diverse stakeholders.
