Overview
This position is sign-on bonus eligible! Experienced RNs are eligible for a bonus of $10,000 for this Part Time Weekender Night position. Levine Children's Hospital 4P is a 13-bed pediatric inpatient physical rehabilitation unit. Children served range in age from infancy to 18 years. Children receive 24-hour physician and nursing care, physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy, recreational therapy, and school assistance. Nursing care includes all activities of daily living, medication administration, intermittent catheterization, tube feeding, tracheostomy care, ventilator care, and patient/family/caregiver education.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new graduates.

At 247 beds, LCH is the largest children’s hospital between Atlanta and Washington DC. It serves high patient acuity as the flagship children’s hospital within the innovative Atrium Health and offers a full complement of over 125 pediatric subspecialists in over 25 different pediatric specialties. There are 4 pediatric hospitalist teams, a 20-bed PICU (including Cardiac ICU), an 85-bed NICU< and an inpatient pediatric rehabilitation facility. Levine Children’s also has the region’s first 24/7 emergency room just for kids, staffed by doctors trained in pediatric emergency medicine. Job Summary
Provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with policies and procedures under the supervision of the supervisor and manager. Assists in maintaining a safe work environment and performs all related job responsibilities in a safe manner. Maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the age, culture, developmental stages, and special needs of the patients served.
